For the past few years I have been eagerly watching the news come out regarding The LINE project in Saudi Arabia. The LINE will change the way that we see our modern cities for centuries to come. Each phase of THE LINE will be completed every five years with a projected budget of 500 BILLION for the 2030 phase and 1 Trillion for the 2050 phase. With everything you can think of including parks, lakes, waterfalls and contained ecosystems THE LINE will be the first of its kind.

Today, I was honored to meet some of the leaders behind THE LINE and had such an amazing opportunity to share my ideas both as an artist and as a leader in FM at International Papers headquarters in Memphis, TN with my mentors in IFMA. Being part of the IFMA organization in TN has transformed the way that I see future design and integration of daily life into the facilities that we both maintain and build each decade. Only with great vision can great architecture come into being to better serve the needs of posterity.

As I have always said, It is the duty of the modern artist to reflect the times in which we live and provide a vision for improvements in design and function equally. What an exciting time to see such a revelation as THE LINE come to pass. There is nothing like it on the face of the earth and I am truly honored to see this unfold within my lifetime.
