1. Services ProvidedEnviro USA Facility Management provides a wide range of professional facility management services, including:

Janitorial and cleaning services floor care and floor maintenance (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing, deep cleaning) HVAC and electrical systems maintenance landscaping and groundskeeping security and building monitoring waste management and recycling emergency response services (available in the state of Tennessee, including Shelby County) Preventive and corrective facility upkeep

All services are subject to availability and scope as agreed upon in a formal service contract or proposal.

2. Emergency Services (Tennessee & Shelby County) We offer 24/7 emergency facility services throughout the state of Tennessee, with dedicated rapid-response support in Shelby County. These services include urgent HVAC issues, water leaks, hazardous cleanups, power outages, and other facility-related emergencies. 3. Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

Violate any local, state, or federal laws attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site Introduce malicious code or interfere with the functionality of the Site

We reserve the right to block access for misuse or non-compliance.

4. Quotes, Estimates & Bookings. Estimates provided via the Site or by phone/email are non-binding until confirmed through a formal service agreement. Availability of services may vary based on location, schedule, and demand.

5. Payments and Invoicing. Payment terms, including frequency, method, and penalties for late payment, are outlined in your service contract. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

6. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Enviro USA Facility Management or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
